COMPOSITION:

Ceftiofur sodium

INDICATIONS:

For treatment of respiratory tract infections, pasteurellosis, acute pneumonia, typhoid, metritis in pigs, cattle, goats, sheep, and poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

- Pigs, cattle, goats, sheep: Acute pneumonia, pleural pneumonia, pasteurellosis, exudative dermatitis, wound infection, arthritis, hoof pain, metritis.

- Chickens, ducks: Head swelling, duck scratches, blood infection causing neurological symptoms, and cloudy eyes in ducks.

Intramuscular injection (IM), once a day for 3 - 5 days.

+    Chickens, ducks: 5 g/ 1.000 kg body weight/ day (Dilute 5 g SG.CEPT with 500 ml water for injection, then inject 1 ml/ 2 kg body weight).

+    Pigs, goats, sheep: 5 g/ 1.500 - 2.000 kg body weight/ day (Dilute 5 g SG.CEPT with 250 ml water for injection, then inject 1 ml/ 6 - 8 kg body weight).
