COMPOSITION:

Gentamicin sulfate; Tylosin tartrate

INDICATIONS:

For treatment of respiratory infection, CRD, pasteurellosis, gastroenteritis and diarrhea in poultry, piglets, goats, sheep.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Intramuscular injection (I.M), once a day, for 3 - 5 consecutive days:

-     Piglets, goats, sheep: 1 ml/ 3 - 5 kg body weight.

-     Poultry: 1 ml/ 2 kg body weight.
