Norfloxacin

2. INDICATIONS
Treatment of respiratory infections and diarrhea caused by Colibacille in pigs, chickens and ducks.
Poultry: Enteritis - diarrhea, salmonellosis, pullorum disease, septicemia caused by E. coli, chronic respiratory disease CRD, infectious coryza and pasteurellosis.
Pigs: Pneumonia, salmonellosis, enteritis - diarrhea, urinary tract infections and metritis.
3. ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE
Dissolve NORXACIN AP in drinking water or mix into feed. Use continuously for 4 - 5 days.
CHICKENS, DUCKS
Feed mixing: 100 g/25 kg feed.
Drinking water: 100 g/50 liters of water.
Dosage by body weight: 100 g/500 kg body weight.
Duration: For 4 - 5 consecutive days.
PIGS
Drinking water: 100 g/40 liters of water.
Dosage by body weight: 100 g/400 kg body weight.
Duration: For 4 - 5 consecutive days.
Note: The old website does not publish a separate feed-mixing ratio for pigs.
4. DOSAGE FORM / ROUTE OF USE
Dosage form: Soluble powder or powder for mixing into feed.
Route of use: Drinking water / Feed mixing.
Poultry: Administer via drinking water or mix into feed.
Pigs: The old website provides a drinking-water dosage or dosage by body weight.

5. PRECAUTIONS
Dilute or mix the product at the correct ratio to ensure that animals receive the full dose throughout the treatment period.
Do not apply the poultry feed-mixing ratio to pigs when the old website has not published such a ratio.
Do not use the composition or dosage of NORXACIN, NORXYL 200 or similarly named products for NORXACIN AP.
